Conference Registration
Please complete one registration form for each person attending the Chestertons Global Annual Conference.
Each company is entitled to two (2) complimentary conference tickets. Additional registration requests are welcome and will be considered subject to availability after the registration deadline.
Conference Registration Guidelines
Please read the following before completing your registration request(s):
Registration closes on 20 August 2026 to enable us to finalise attendees, accommodation, catering, delegate materials and other arrangements. Your timely response is greatly appreciated.
Each company has two (2) complimentary conference tickets. These places are guaranteed, provided your registration is submitted before the registration deadline.
Additional requests will be placed on a waiting list until the registration period has closed.
Once registration has closed, we will review all requests and allocate any remaining complimentary places as fairly as possible, taking into account overall demand and venue capacity.
If demand exceeds the number of complimentary places available, additional delegates may still be accommodated (subject to venue capacity) at a cost of USD 1,500 per person. No payment is required at the time of registration. If paid places are available, we will contact you to confirm your booking before requesting payment.
- Our hotel room block booking will be released from 25h August, and accommodation will thereafter be subject to availability.
